1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 10sbat ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://10sbat.org. These Terms apply to all activities conducted on 10sbat, including but not limited to account registration, making deposits, placing bets, claiming bonuses, participating in promotions, and requesting withdrawals.

By registering an account on 10sbat, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 10sbat platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 10sbat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 10sbat.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain a 10sbat account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 10sbat strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21, which is applied through Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold player accounts on 10sbat.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or requires a specific licence that 10sbat does not hold.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 10sbat or any of its affiliated software, payment, or service providers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated through 10sbat or any other gaming operator with which 10sbat participates in a shared self-exclusion programme.
• All information you provide during and after registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

10sbat reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify the accuracy of information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending further review.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) 10sbat account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 10sbat detects the existence of duplicate accounts, all secondary accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending winnings held therein are subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 10sbat account. You must keep your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party, nor permit any third party to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf.

10sbat strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from their account security settings immediately after registration. Where a player becomes aware of any unauthorised access to their account, they must notify 10sbat support via live chat without delay.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

10sbat accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in PKR unless otherwise specified: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 10sbat does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposit processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers are credited to your 10sbat account within approximately 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within the same business day for transactions submitted during Pakistani banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following sufficient blockchain confirmations, typically within 10–30 minutes.

• 10sbat does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made with bonus-related intent must be completed as single transactions — split deposits across multiple smaller transactions to circumvent minimum deposit requirements for bonuses are not permitted.
• 10sbat reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that arise from suspicious or fraudulent activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 10sbat are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by the 10sbat payments team following a formal request. This policy exists to support anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Before any withdrawal request is processed, you must have completed the 10sbat KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and, in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 for mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay); PKR 2,000 for bank transfers; minimum USDT equivalent applies for crypto withdrawals.
• Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals are processed within 20 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are completed same-day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on business days.
• Withdrawals of amounts won using bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being fully met prior to the withdrawal request being approved.
• 10sbat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that are unusually large relative to deposit history, which may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

10sbat offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 10sbat promotions unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before transfer to the withdrawable balance is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of the bonus amount (and in some cases the matching deposit amount) at the stated multiplier. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and specific slots may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%) compared to standard slot games which typically contribute 100%. Contribution rates are specified in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the specific offer terms. Upon expiry, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• 10sbat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not adversely affect active bonus balances held by players who have already opted in.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players, or strategic low-risk betting patterns designed to convert bonuses without genuine gaming risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 10sbat — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets (including cricket, PSL, and UFC events), or instant-win products — are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details, including stake amounts and selections, before confirming any wager.

10sbat operates on a "bet at own risk" basis for sports betting markets. In the event that a bet is accepted and the event is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or declared void under the applicable sport's governing rules, the bet will be settled as a void and the stake returned to the player's account.

• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change at 10sbat's discretion.
• 10sbat reserves the right to void bets placed following a technical error, whether on the platform side or on the data feed side, that caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed.
• In-play betting on cricket and other sports is subject to the relevant sport's rules. 10sbat is not liable for results affected by decisions made by match referees, third-party officials, or governing bodies after bets have been placed and accepted.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes as applicable. 10sbat does not modify game outcomes after bets are placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10sbat and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to 10sbat support.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — whether on the same or different accounts — to influence game outcomes or manipulate bonus wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds sourced from illegal activity or using the platform to transfer illicit proceeds.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports event manipulation in connection with bets placed on 10sbat.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 10sbat staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or the platform's back-end systems, without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

10sbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that support players in managing their activity. The platform's responsible gaming features are accessible from the account settings dashboard at all times and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders: Configure on-screen reminders that appear when your active session reaches a defined duration.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will be unable to log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the 10sbat platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum exclusion period of 6 months and may be extended indefinitely upon request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 10sbat platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 10sbat or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 10sbat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the 10sbat platform without prior written consent from 10sbat.

Game content — including slot mechanics, live casino streams, and sports data — is owned or licensed by the respective game developers and data providers. 10sbat does not claim ownership of third-party game intellectual property displayed on the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10sbat's total liability to any player — whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10sbat shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, even if 10sbat has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from platform use.
• Financial losses arising from interrupted access to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or telecommunications outages outside of 10sbat's control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to protect their account credentials or from unauthorised account access not caused by 10sbat's negligence.
• Losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, bet placements, or promotion terms.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits 10sbat's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 10sbat's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

10sbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or subsequent KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Request by the player (voluntary closure).
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so, including instructions from a governing authority under 10sbat's operating licence.

Upon lawful closure of an account due to player breach, 10sbat may forfeit any bonus balances, free spin winnings, or promotional rewards held in the account. Real-money deposit balances not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the player subject to completion of identity verification, provided no AML hold applies.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience on 10sbat — including game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus settlements, or account decisions — you should follow the following procedure:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the issue directly with 10sbat via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] (as plain text contact only). Provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of your complaint. 10sbat aims to resolve all initial complaints within 3 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial support response, you may request escalation to the 10sbat complaints management team in writing. Escalated complaints are reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If a complaint cannot be resolved internally to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified under 10sbat's operating licence. Details of the applicable ADR provider are available upon request from the 10sbat compliance team.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. 10sbat will not consider complaints submitted beyond this limitation period unless exceptional circumstances apply and are documented.

14 Amendments to These Terms

10sbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect player rights or obligations — 10sbat will provide notice to registered players via the email address or phone number associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication on the 10sbat website.

Your continued use of the 10sbat platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10sbat holds its operating gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 10sbat from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it has a legitimate interest in doing so.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
